Design Consultation and Survey. We offer a FREE, no obligation consultation. We bring our products to your home and you will have the opportunity to discuss your requirements in detail. Our surveyors don’t just survey, they fit the products too and understand the pitfalls and problems that may be involved in installing what you require. We do not employ pushy sales people; you will receive honest, impartial advice and we believe our expertise and professionalism will set us apart from our competitors.
Installation. In stark contrast to many of our competitors, the person you met at the time of survey will return to complete the installation; either on their own or as part of a team. This ensures the product is installed correctly and the installation team understands how the product is to be installed. The quality of our workmanship and attention to detail when installing your shutters, blinds or awnings is unsurpassed. We only use the best techniques when fitting ensuring the installation will stand the test of time.
Craftsmanship. Our manufacturing partners have a reputation for excellence and product innovation. Utilizing state of the art manufacturing processes we ensure your shutters, blinds and awnings are created quickly and flawlessly to your exact specification. Stringent quality control ensures products are constantly checked throughout the manufacturing process.
Guarantee. We want our customers to be assured they’re buying the best, to this end to give you the peace of mind you may need, we’ve only chosen to supply products from manufacturers who are able to offer guarantees. In most cases our products come with up to 3 years guarantee.
Price. As a business we do our utmost to ensure we try and remain competitive on price and we will always strive to match any like-for-like quote. Ordinarily our products are bought on a ‘supply and installation’ basis. This is a bespoke service and can not necessarily be compared on a like-for-like basis with other quotes. Under these circumstances we are obviously unable to guarantee that our competitors are specifying and installing to the same level of quality as we do. There are many way of reducing the time taken to install, some of these methods result in a poorly finished product. Our prices reflect our ability and commitment to deliver an unrivalled level of service from the initial survey, right through to the installation.
